Drove the transit to Prince Frederick Ford, md and asked if a broken motor mount and a power steering leak was covered by a Ford Premium Care Extended Warranty. Two weeks later, my transit is disassembled and was told that I have bad exhaust valve that is not covered by the $2000 Ford Premium Care extended warranty. In order for me to have my vehicle reassembled without any repairs performed, so that I can drive it away, it will cost me over $1300. Ford Customer care said they cannot help
Update from Dec 16, 2015: My motor was repaired as well as the motor mount and power steering leak after numerous calls and emails to all parties. Ford ended up doing the right thing. Process took approx 7 weeks to have repairs made from the time the truck was dropped off
