I started home from work one day and i started to hear a squeal from under the hood. i assumed it was probably a pulley so i sprayed all the pulleys with wd40. didn't quit. it was worse when i first started the engine and actually after a while quit. but after a couple days it became worse doing it all the time off and on. i took it to the garage and they thought it was the water pump or the tension pulley. both were replaced and still doing it. i don't feel comfortable driving it and i am already out a couple hundred replacing parts that weren't bad. i have read a couple other peoples complaints and am going to talk to the mechanic about the camshaft synchronizer. any other ideas would be great.
