The consumer's vehicle was rear ended while driving at 25 mph. Upon impact, the driver side seat snapped off at the lower left hinge. The left side of the seat tilted to the left into the door post. Also, the head rest snapped off. The consumer sustained neck injuries. The vehicle was a totaled.
