From Day 1 this truck has had short brake life. At every 20 -25,000 for the front and 10,000 -12,000 for the rear disc brakes they have warped and rusted. GM said the wear is not due to abuse but the vehicle is not driven enough?!? GM said that the rear disc brakes were a bad idea and that's why they went back to drums on the rear.this is an extra clean low mileage vehicle, never plowed or pulled a trailer. GM said I need to drive it more--I use it every weekday about 30 miles to and from work--guess I need to find a new job farther away. I have already spent $4,000 on this issue alone.
