Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

The sunvisor has broke once on passenger side-had replaced. Now broken again and drivers side as well. Safety concern as visor now hangs lose and is in the way while driving or can not be used for intended purposes of blocking sun.

The vehicle was taken to the dealer who stated there was no recall and the contact would had to pay for the repairs. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The VIN was unknown. The failure mileage was 135,000.

The technician replaced the driver's side sun visor. After the repair, the failure recurred approximately three times. The vehicle was not further repaired. The VIN was not available. The approximate failure mileage was 40,000.
