I bought my 09 Civic ten months ago, and it has always had a very annoying rough idle. Stopped at a light or in traffic, this car vibrates like no other car I've ever had. You can even hear the muffler loudly vibrate and sputter.
I brought it to 2 separate Honda dealers and they both just said "that is normal for a Civic". No car I've had in the past or friends cars have this issue - it seems to be Civic specific. I can't believe that Honda can design such a reliable fuel-efficient car, yet they can't design an exhaust system that doesn't make the car vibrate like crazy.
