The tires are wearing unevenly, making loud humming noises, but dealer says it is normal for a Honda Civic. Besides being a Lemon Hybrid, this car has had many problems. Thankfully, everything has been covered under warranty. Dealer has been very supportive, on most of these problems. They just scratch their heads.

I have seen a number of blogs that state the same problem.
Honda is refusing to recognize they have a bad suspension design.
