They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. While driving 65 mph driver applied the brakes and the pedal went to the floor, causing the vehicle to hit a pole and role three times. Vehicle landed upside down on an embankment. Upon impact, the airbags did not deploy. The driver sustained back and neck injuries, and was transported by ambulance to hospital.
