Re: 2007 Jeep Liberty - sent you a certified letter on August 16. Post office shows it was delivered on August 20. Never received the returned receipt. Was mailed to 400 - 7th street in Washington, DC. Was this letter received" how long is the processing before we receive any response? should I mail it again to 1200 New Jersey avenue SE" problem: With the driver's foot on the brake and the vehicle is stopping, the engine races and the car lurches forward. It requires both feet on the brake for the car to stop. It has been in for service 4 times and the dealership cannot locate the problem. The letter is more detailed, 3 pages in length. I will be happy to re-send it if you have not received it. Looking forward to your response. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.

The 2007 Jeep Liberty sport my parents and 3 year old child were in was T-boned on the passenger side by another car that was traveling at approx. 45 mph upon impact, resulting in the Jeep rolling over several times. The other car struck the Jeep directly in the middle, causing the middle section to cave in, forcing the passenger seat into the dash/glove compartment. The rear axle on the passenger side separated from the frame, the drive-train separated, the gas tank ruptured, and the rear shock springs came off. The person seated in the front pass. Seat sustained a spinal fracture and brain hemorrhaging. The driver sustained internal bruising/damage from hitting the steering wheel, ultimately breaking the steering column. All occupants were wearing their seat belts.
