This is a common problem on Jeeps. The horn, wipers, lights and windshield washer sprayer will all start working without any controls being activated. I researched the problem and found it was related to design problems in the TIPM unit. It happened several times until I located the fuses for these components and pulled them. I also disconnected the battery for 30 minutes. I reinstalled the fuses and reconnected the battery. The problem has not occurred since then.
There has been a class action lawsuit filed against Chrysler regarding TIPM failures so we all have to wait and see how it goes.
