First time it happened we got gas (thank god we live next to the gas station) it sputtered home and died. Ended up missing a days work and cost of a rental car. Got it to the shop and miraculously problem went away. Another cost to have them look at it and tell me nothing. It was good for a month.
Then in Dec. I could barely put gas in my car because anytime you started pumping the pump would kick off. Also in those two weeks when i pumped gas it would sputter and stall. You had to shut it off for an hour and it would go away. Then on 2/8/2018, pumped gas pulled out onto a main rd. it stalled and another car slid into the passenger side shattering the window cutting up my girlfriends face and herniated my s-1 L4,5 disc .Another rental and another 2 days missed work for both of us and the cars in the shop as we speak.
Yeah, I would say this is a very serious issue. I went to see my lawyer to figure out how we're gonna proceed and who's head was gonna put on a platter. I'm really leaning towards Jeep after this website and about 50 more with this same issue.
