My Jeep is in the shop right now for the second time for a water leak coming from the rear cargo lamp. Was already repaired once, under warranty. The work is warrantied for 1 year or 12,000 miles and must be leaking from the EXACT SAME PLACE to be covered again. I believe Chrysler should issue a recall for this, as my service advisor at the dealership has said this is a very common issue with the Patriots. If it's not leaking from "the same exact place" I will be filing a complaint through Chrysler, as I absolutely do not feel liable to pay for this repair out of pocket.
