I'm driving down the road at night and the lights dime for about 3 seconds which is a safety issue. My radio also stopped working when this started to occur.

The headlights and interior lights will periodically dim for a split second, kind of like a wink, for no apparent reason. I could understand it happening if I was putting a window down or turned on the heated seats (something that is drawing power) but this is not the case. I have had multiple water leaks into the dash.
