While driving at approximately 15mph on slightly wet road, consumer applied brakes lightly causing vehicle to spin and jump the curb, vehicle was totaled, when the vehicle was inspected, the rotors were broken into pieces, and they were regrounded twice before the indcident.. consumer stated that the tires were being replaced frequently, and also experiencing brake problems frequently, and the bushings were also replaced.

Vehicle was purchased on May 6 2000, at luskin, on 5/17/2000 vehicle was inspected by pohanka Lexus, fairfax, va, following defencies was noted: Brakes needed to be replaced, neeed four wheel alignment, mismatch tires and car has been in an accident in right front end. This was inspected by a va license station (494) on 5/2/2000, according to this inspection there was nothing wrong with the vehicle but it pass all Virginia safety criteria. But this dealer ship lustine put an unsafe vehicle on the roadway endangering the lives of my family members wife and three young children. Through pure neglect own the dealership part. The vehicle was returned by the used car manager, made comment of this nature "I will not take the vehicle back not unless the frame was bent. It is not his responsibility to ensure the safety on the vehicle but just to sell the vehicles on his lot. It is the responsibility of the mechanics and technician. He was not a mechanic and he does not do mechanic work. ( Mr. George rosser) "

When putting on the brakes there is a loud noise. Took vehicle to dealer and he said that noise is normal. Consumer thinks that if the brakes make noise like that they are ready to fail in some way.
