We don't have a lot of complaints on file for the Lexus IS 250 (although feel free to add yours here) -- it's either not very popular ... or it's very, very good.

valve replacement due to continual carbon buildup -- 2008 IS 250:
Lexus would not go over 30mph. To of engine had to be completely to clear valves. This has occurred twice now and unable to drive vehicle when this occurs. One time it happened on freeway in fast lane where car suddenly dropped speed from 65 mph to 30mph in the fast lane. Read more »

Complained to Lexus. Told gas tank expands in hot weather, overflows into charcoal tank. When charcoal tank full, has nowhere to go but into car. sudden unintended acceleration -- 2007 IS 250:
This vehicle is owned by my mother. I was driving with her and while at a stop light, the vehicle unattended accelerated! We were very lucky that the car stopped right away on its own. It has been in the dealership for 2 weeks and she's driving a loaner car.. Read more »
