I just purchased a 2011 Lexus ID 250. After returning home I noticed the dash board seamed sticky and after trying to clean it I realized it wasn't cleanable. The dash itself is returning to a liquid state. It is melting and turning into a sticky goo. Please find away to fix this. The dealer I bought it from emailed me and said LEXUS would fix it, but as far as I can tell that was a bunch of bull.
