The contact owns a 2000 Lexus LX470. He received a recall notice for the exterior lighting (NHTSA campaign id# 04V434000). He made an appointment to have it repaired however after waiting two hours; the dealer stated that the part was unavailable. They stated that they would reschedule an appointment. As of August 8, 2007, the dealer has not repaired the vehicle. The current mileage was 78,965. There had been no failure to date. Updated 02-01-08 updated 02/01/08
