TSB Document:

Affected Component: STEERING

Summary
TSB: Some 2015 - 2017 model year NX 200t, 2015 - 2018 model year NX 300h, and 2018 model year NX 300 vehicles may exhibit a slight pull/drift to the right. Some vehicles manufactured with excessive cross caster may cause this condition to occur. Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address this condition. This Service Bulletin addresses a vehicle pull to the right condition which can be defined as one of the following when there are no outside factors affecting the vehicle dynamics (driven on a straight and flat road with good road condition and no significant wind, etc.). * When driving the vehicle without exerting steering effort, the vehicle moves to the right. * The vehicle does not drive straight ahead without the driver maintaining steering effort to the left. NOTE If the vehicle drives straight without steering effort but the steering wheel is NOT in the straight-ahead position, this may be a steering wheel off-center condition which is NOT addressed in this Service Bulletin.
