Takata recall....I received notice of this problem from Mercedes in early February, 2019, citing possible injury or death. I checked again this morning, and Mercedes does not have the parts. Fortunately I have not had a accident and being a 83 year old veteran, I hope I'm not wiped out by shrapnel in my own vehicle.
