TSB Document:

Affected Component: ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING

Summary
At operating temperature, the engine idle speed could dip low. In rare cases, the engine may stall, requiring a restart. This could mostly likely occur at a low speed (2nd gear) when coasting off the throttle and slowing to a stop. This situation could be perceived as an MSA malfunction: intermittent and not easily reproduced. Unfavorable DME software.
