The horn is very difficult to operate. Excessive effort is needed to get the horn to work.

When depressing the center horn pad, the pad became very difficult to depress and also locate. Consumer also stated the volume is too low. Consumer has contacted the dealer. There is no sound when depressed at horn symbols.
