When attempting to open the UNLOCKED drivers door, the handle ripped completely off the vehicle. The door would not open unless you crawled through the passenger side and opened the drivers door from the inside. Not only a pain in the ass but also embarrassing when in public view!

This is just to add on to my complaint about the door handle breaking off...I contacted GM who advised me it was not their problem but mine and their suggestion was to go through insurance. The cost was $146.42 to replace the handle and to paint it and they refused to cover it under warranty. GM actually joked on the phone about my problem and showed just how classy they can be when it comes to ripping off valued customers. They advised it was impossible to be a defect and blamed it on kids trying to break into my car. That's a joke!
