I just found this site but this problem is one of many small to moderate, mostly electrical system problems with this car, on going for many years.

The left rear door lock failed initially. The car may have actually been under warranty at the time. I know, my bad. After several months the remaining door locks started to randomly lock and unlock. I never new when I returned if the doors would be locked or unlocked. This progressed until the door locks would chatter for tens of seconds after shutting off the car. I finally pulled the fuse worried about the door locks starting a fire. I have been manually unlocking the doors for many years. I keep thinking I will dig into it but so far haven't.

I have also replace both low beam sockets due to melting. This was within the past year. So far, so good.

The front speakers have not worked for may years. They were intermitant for a year or two before that.

Both turn signal returns are broken.

Paint is pealing of of all the buttons.
