The contact owns a 2009 Pontiac G6. While stationary on a hill, the vehicle rolled back while the emergency brake was engaged. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The dealer, C & S capital corporation in Kansas City, ks, was made aware of the failure, but did not repair the vehicle. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 151,000. The VIN was not available.
