They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. The contact owns a 2003 Saturn Vue. While driving 65 mph, the timing chain failed. There were no warning lights illuminated on the instrument panel prior to or during the failure. The vehicle was difficult to control, but the contact was able to move it to the side of the road. He took the vehicle to the dealer for repairs. The failure mileage was 84,000.

Called dealer when the car had 60,000 miles to inquire about replacing timing belt and was told that it did not have to be replaced until 80,000 miles. Car now has 69,000 miles and is being repaired due to a failure in the timing belt and am know being told there may be more damage in the valves due to the failure.
