Recently I noted after or during a rain that moisture accumulates on one of my headlights, fortunately it has not rained much this summer. I was told by a restorer that it has to be removed and placed in an over @ 250 degrees until the seal breaks. Next it will have to be resealed. The other option is to buy a new one ad unfortunately this is very costly as the bumper has to be removed to replace it. I cannot imagine why car manufacturers are being allowed to make cheap plastic headlights when the glass was good enough for the life of the car. Perhaps money?
