We don't have a lot of complaints on file for the Toyota Avensis (although feel free to add yours here) -- it's either not very popular ... or it's very, very good.
The 2003 Toyota Avensis has the most complaints, & the most-reported problem is with the 2009 Avensis for mildewed interior as a result of leaking.
