Ya think Toyotas would be bulletproof with so little miles on it. Just the ODDEST problem ever to have, a snacking crackling steering wheel.
It would start after 15-20 minutes of driving and it would thunk when turning, especially sharply. You could feel it go "bonk" when you came to a full stop.
