The Toyota dealership where I took the car to be re-calibrated said that the camera is broken and needs to be replaced. The dealership said it is not because the windshield was replaced, and they said it could have already been broken or damaged. It worked fine before the windshield was replaced, and now they want to charge $1200 for a new camera.
