1. April 1, 2006 I purchased a new 2006 Toyota Prius 4 door sedan. 2. the tires showed cupping and feathering at 14, 000 miles. 3. the tires were not safe to operate because of the cupping on one side of the car at 46,500 miles. The problem became apparent within 2,500 miles on the new tires. The toe in was changed immediately. Toyota factory stopped all mechanical correction by the local dealer.
