We bought the 2012 Prius Plug-in last October. At first a full charge can run up to 12.6 miles. After 2 months, it can only run up to 11.6 miles. Then now, it can only run up to 9.9 miles. I brought it back to the dealer twice and they performed a battery health check and was told that everything is fine. I don't believe this is what I paid for 5 months ago. We've always love toyota (scion, rav4) but the plug-in prius is the worst buy ever.
