Took car to dealer because of clunking while steering car. Dealer determined the steering column was broken. $3K to replace. Called Toyota to help as I noticed earlier year Prius had this problem. Toyota opened a case for me but promises to call me back with updates but never do. I feel ripped off and will never buy a Toyota again. I've owned four Toyotas. Recommended others to buy Prius. Never again. Toyota lies.
