It is a common problem with the early Sienna's. The door handles are defectively designed out of plastic and they ALL break. They are cheap to buy and you can get your local paint to paint them or sell you a spray can of paint but replacing them requires a contortionist AFTER you get the upholstery off the door.

Now because of the sticking both handles have broken off. I feel very unsafe driving the car and it looks like a junk-yard car. When I called and inquired all I got was that it was an old car and parts break. We have had other cars (Ford, Saab, Honda) for almost 15 years and have a 1997 Chevrolet now, have not had ANY of the body problems like this. I will SERIOUSLY consider NOT buying another Toyota because of this. Toyota has a brand name, a car you purchase to last not fall apart.
