For years my doors stuck. I have 4 boys so I just thought they were spilling stuff. I tried WD-40, cleaning them, and they still stuck. It was not until I read on a website that this is a big problem with the van. They stuck so bad that eventually both door handles broke off. Will add another complaint on that one.

The manual passenger side door lock sticks. It can stick shut or open. Both of which are dangerous. My friend had the same problem and took the door apart and replace the door latch. That is one solution. The CHEAPER solution is to take the interior door panel off. It just pops off, and see if you have a big slug of grease on the spring that pulls the door lock back. If you do, wipe off as much grease as you can and this should solve the problem. It did with mine.
