Toyota's certified used vehicle powertrain warranty is useless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even though there has been no owner abuse or neglect they are giving us a hard time about rebuilding or replacing the engine. They have had the 6 days now and haven't "decided" if they will cover the repairs - even though the warranty is good until 100K miles and the van has 92K on it & the mechanics have already said their is no fault on our part - the bearings are no good, starved the top half of the engine for oil and blew the engine. No loner car, told it will be 2-3 weeks to obtain parts and do the work, and still don't know if I have to pay out of pocket or the warranty will pay it. WTF?????????????????????
