Since this vehicle was new in Jan 2009, the transmission has been jerky when shifting. When I drive slowly (like through a parking lot) and speed up, it says "Wait a minute, I have to find the right gear." I have pulled into traffic on a busy street and when it shifted, it set in the middle of shifting, doing nothing, for several seconds - definitely dangerous. Of course, if I take it in they can't find anything wrong. I think it needs a new transmission.
