Very annoying rattle that comes from where 3rd row seats attach to floor of car. Dealer tried 4 times to fix and Toyota rep tried once to no avail. This is not a subtle rattle and very constant . Started from day one we had car. Toyota states it is not their problem and no fix. This is ridiculous for any car let alone vehicle costing almost 50k.

What I really can't believe is how arrogant toyota has been stating it is normal because the seats are designed to fold down. We have owned 4 Honda Odysseys and none have had this problem. Plan is to sue toyota under lemon law so we will see how that turns out. My hope is to warn other shoppers to steer clear of this and any other toyota vehicle. Very disappointed .

At about 38-42 MPH there is a sound that feels like a bass boom box. The dealer agreed and had the car for 5 days. During that time they balanced the wheels, put new wheels and tires on it with no fix. They contacted Toyota corporate who advised they take other vans on test rides to see if they had the same "noise". Toyota corporate called me and said it was normal and to drive a few miles below or above 40. Needless to say this is not a fix and as the service mgr said "just because two airplanes crash is that normal". I traded a 2006 Toyota Sienna with 114,900 miles and never had this problem. Nowhere in any documentation does it state that at 38-40 MPH you may experience any "normal" sounds or vibrations.

Wondering if any one else has had the same problem?
