CarComplaints.com Notes: Toyota says the 2015 Sienna has been redesigned with "more swagger." Let's hope it's also been redesigned with less seat noise.

cheap defective interior Couple of days after the purchase I have noticed something was weird wavy looking at the passenger side door panel from the driver seat at the soft leather material. I called the selling dealer and was advised that Toyota DSPM have to come out and look at it to authorize the repair if found defective. Finally almost a month later I was advised to bring it in 2/3/16 a day before District comes out ti look at it and I have to leave it over night to have it looked at next day. They said DSPM inspection " COMPARED TO DRIVER SIDE LEATHER MATERIAL NOT NOTICEABLE." I disagree agree with DSPM decision and called Toyota to have some one else look at it once more time but Toyota customer said "Sorry once DSPM make the decision the can not be changed " and other hand selling dealer told me they can not help me unless Toyota decide to do something. I called customer service back several times but I was told they won't replace the defective panel. What kind of warranty is that ? I showed the photos to over 50 people and they all said passenger panel looks not normal. My believe level in Toyota brand is gone and biggest mistake I have ever made is buying Toyota.
