I believe this is an extension from a faulty clutch release fork. Somehow the reverse light switch, which is attached to the side of transmission side wall (screwed in near gear boxes front end) does not get engaged. If I push very hard the reverse light switch will get pressed, but only after serious amount of jostling. I still need to replace clutch release fork then I will try to fix the engagement of reverse light switch.
