Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

New 07 Toyota Tacoma access cab 2wd with 400 miles on it emits loud wind noise from windshield area at freeway speeds around 70mph+. sound was more like a screech than a whistle and will likely distract most drivers from focusing on road as it did me. I drove it around for the first few weeks of ownership to make sure it wasn't an isolated incident and found the problem could be re-produced about 90% of the time on the freeway at the right speed. Took it to dealership and they advised they had just received a tsb about it being a bad seal on the windshield. (I did not find the tsb on the internet yet, but it could be quite new and not yet posted) as the truck is well under warranty, they promptly arranged to have the windshield completely re-sealed. It's only been one day since, but so far the problem appears to be repaired. Tacoma owners should be aware of this issue as it could present a safety problem just by how distracting it is while driving.
