There is no way a brake line and assembly should rust through. While most of brake lines are rubber coated, I assume to prevent rusting, the lines to an elbow unit are not coated. It appears that the brake line and assembly on the right front is rusting and will be failing in the future. The dealer should be making these repairs as a recall item...
