While traveling to NY, NY the navigation system stopped locking onto NY locations. the system could not find any address I put into the system for the greater NY area. When I took the truck to the dealer, they took it for a drive and they said it worked fine. This continued to happen two more times when traveling to NY. Finally, on one trip the screen when crazy and had nothing but lines in it. I took a photo. When I showed the photo to the dealer they again tried to replicate the issue. They could not. They upgraded the Navigation's operating system to them most current version and sent me on my way. The issue started to happen closer to home. I took more photos and finally Toyota changed out the extender box. This created even more issues, the system would lock up and not do anything at all. Once again more photos. This time they took the truck for a week and an half and replaced the entire system. I have had no problems since.
