03/2012 @ 70359 miles , Truck was brought to Dealership due to notification of Frame Inspection Limited Service Bulletin
https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/rcl/2009/RCRIT-09V444-9080.pdf
Truck now has 90350 miles and is no longer road worthy due to frame rust. At time of original inspection and treatment I was denied frame replacement due to there not being a hole as large as 10mm in the frame IAW the service bulletin. The rust you see in the photos is where the treatment was applied, 20 miles ago. As you can see, 6.5 yrs and 20k miles later the truck is just about ready to break in half.
Toyota is explaining to me that I am out of the the bulletin time frame. I tried to explain to them that the service bulletin was complied with and there should be no rust on the frame where it was treated.
