I took my 2007 Tundra for a modification of the pedal to Toyota. On the date below. I am concern about the way the pedal is working. Every time the truck bounces or hits a bump, my truck accelerates, because of the sensitivity of the pedal. It did not do that before. I am in the process of taking it back. As soon as I can take some time off of work again. I just thought you might want to know how the modification is working on my Tundra. Thank you for your time.

Vehicle hard to stop with A/C or headlights on. Engine idles normally 5-600 RPM, until parking lights or A/C is turned on. Then it idles at 800 RPM in gear. Sometimes it feels like you've been rear ended, after coming to a stop. If driving surface is slippery and put into gear with head lights on, the rear tires will begin to spin, without touching the accelerator. This is a daily occurence that has been taken to different Toyota dealers with no relief. All they can say is that the computer says everything is okay. Turning the parking lights on does not cause enough load on the engine to warrant the extra 200 or more RPM. The other day ( 01/26/2010 ) I was turning around in a muddy driveway and while idling I turned the steering wheel to the left. I let my foot off the brake and the truck went straight, even as I applied the brakes, leaving two big ruts through my friends yard. This was caused by the ground being slippery and the high idle speed. I am sure that this will cut down on the life of the brakes. 4.7 V8 engine

As I slow down I feel a clunk in the transmission. A few seconds after I come to a complete stop, it feels as if someone bumps me in the rear, only there's no car behind me. They replaced the drive shaft and seal, but now the bump is even more pronounced. Also in the mornings the transmission will not change into 6th gear until I drive app. 1 mile at 60 mph. I am nearing the expiration of my warranty and I am concerned about this issue.

Truck has a clunk and bump coming from the drive train.when you let the foot off the brake the drive shaft jerks. Issue is getting worse. Arbitration says that Toyota has fixed the problem. Still has the problem.
