This problem is on-going. I have only had the car just over two months and this noise is beginning to drive me crazy! It starts at about 15 miles per hour and is there until the car reaches about 38 miles per hour. Toyota have only fixed part of the problem which was a vibration of the steering wheel. But the noise remains just as bad as it was before.
