A D V E R T I S E M E N T S

I purchased my 2010 JETTA ( Chasis number ; WVWZZZ1KZAM070855 , registrationumber ( 762 | اج ل ) because of the VW German, good Reputation and quality manufacturing. Shortly after I bought it, I have gone through many

manufacturing defects which I will mention hereunder in details;

On March 2011, there was a problem in the clutch system, and the car has made 5000 KMs only.!!!!!! A free replacement of the part was done by your VW service centre (El-Obour branch), Cairo, Egypt. A couple of months later, at 9000kMS , while still under warranty, the same clutch system problem was repeated, and another free replacement of the part was done! Honestly, I was a bit skeptical about using this car again!! However due to my work and life endeavors, I collected the car from the centre and started using it again.!! I still felt the same problem was there. I went to the service centre and they mentioned, it was a software upgrade problem and was solved. Obviously, this is not normal to happen for a brand new car, however I was forced to live with it as I completely rely on my car for my work transport. Bearing in mind that I do the ritual maintenance every 10,000kMS. On June 2012, there were electrical problems (loose cabling)

Recently, on 23 September 2013, the car did not start! And the car alarm tableau mentions to move lever to" M" or" P" I sent it immediately on the same day to the centre, and was told that there was an electronic malfunction in the control unit inside the gear box.!!!!!!!and I should wait 2 weeks to get the spareparts from Germany!!!! After all this, I complained to the centre, they reviewed the history of my car based on its many mechanical problems and decided that the spare parts from Germany, will be upon their good will.

Obviously, going through all these manufacturing mechanical problems since I bought the car, is not normal for a reputable company as yours!!!! And I am not sure I can bear any further problems that will cause me to incur costs outside the warranty Looking forward to consider my case for a car replacement eith by escalating this to you or to the consumber affaris , and settle this matter amicably .
