Going 15-20 miles an hour, the brakes failed to respond normally and pressing them further caused my wheels to lock up, resulting in rear ending the car in front of me. I pumped the brakes but they did not respond. This was the scariest moment. I had absolutely no control short of downshifting and pulling the hand brake.
