Wipers will not operate in cold temps untill the wiper motor is heated by car engine or external force, IE hot water, heat gun., I have reported this to my local dealer as many as 3 times now with no success. Today it is at dealer with same issue

On 10 Degree day when snow is expected my Windshield wipers will not operate. I may need to leave work early to avoid driving in snow because of problem.
