This car has been to the VW Dealership numerous times. The Dealership refuses to acknowledge that there is a major problem with this transmission. It's making a scraping sound when it upshifts into higher gears on light aceleration. It's just dangerous to pass a car because the transmission takes 2 seconds to downshift.
This delay makes the car just flat out dangerous .The BBB has been contacted and never called back or mailed back. VW corporate won't do anything because the dealership won't state that there is a problem.
