- When opening a VW Technician Helpline VTA case for missing buypack components during the market introduction period, be sure to include a readable picture of the inventory label on the buypack (shown in picture below), as well as a picture that shows the complete buypack. If possible, identify missing components and take pictures before opening buypack.
